1 - DSL
2- GDS

Dude if you got grounding problems with your installation don't blame Fastnet each time you catch a thunderbolt!
Second, ALL wireless/cable/broadband providers in Lebanon use shared IPs, so again if you're pissed at Fastnet don't ruin it for others.
Is there a third? There is.. GDS is an infrastructure provider for ISPs, just like Pesco. It doesn't provide internet connectivity to end-users, maybe you meant Wise?

I would suggest vISP since it's close to your location, the closer you get to the source the less problems you'll have.

problem with my instalation? lol i told u l connection btije sometimes mazbouta w sometimes 2anja2 btije w bil chitte b7hot charet inno ma btije i was a fastnet user for 3 years w ba3rif kif byishtighlo 7hata .
just tell me : fi shi port maftou7 bil fastnet? my connectoin bil limewire 3am tousal 30Kb/s but on fastnet kenit tousal max 5 Kb/s . go to any website w 3mol test on ur ports w shouf iza fi shi wa7had maftou7 .
bil nisbe lal shared ip : NO not all ISP in lebanon got shared ip , i am on DSL now and i have my own IP and i can change it too se3it li bade .

concerning the banning problem issue, u don't get it with DSL/Dial-UP/ISDN because u have a dynamic IP. but not an IP for your own!!
i mean u can have your own IP if u have a T3 connection, not here in lebanon.

about wisenet and broadband .... other isps : u have ur own ip : mich ya3ne 3andak ip 2ilak directly on the internet! akid la2 own ip ya3ne mich iza fitit ta3mil voting , tle2e inno 7hadan ghayrak 3imil vote ablak lol cuz u have same ip , aw iza 3am ta3mil download from rapidshare.com tfout y2ouloulak u are downloading a file and u must wait .......

wil shi li mni7 about DSL , broadband .... inno u can download from utorrent with ur full bandwidth 3akiss l fastnet
