Terra net DSL

A woman from terra net called me today to advertize their dsl, I asked about latency and she said that if I like online games, they are willing to give my ip "priority" so that I get a latency around 100 ms with no extra charge

can anyone verify this claim? anyone here as terra net dsl?

if it is the case I would definetly switch from my current sodetel, however I won't go through 2 month of hell until I am sure
