w pepsi diet is not bad

let me take this opportunity and explain why reducing food altogether is bad for your health

*ahem ahem*

ok so you want to lose 10 KG why don't you cut off your left arm?
but the point is not losing weight the point is becoming fit

now what's the deal with me and protein, what are proteins anyway? WTF is the difference between proteins and fat and carbohydrates and all this stupid naming thingy ?
you hear and use the word protein alot without knowing what it exactly is

proteins make up stuff in your body like your muscles, some blood components(albumin) enzymes, skin component, hair etc...

when your body starves, and sugar is not in supply, it starts burning fat(what you want to lose) and proteins
the process of burning proteins means your body is destroying some of your muscles, skin components, albumin(this is why african babies have big stomachs filled with water, because they lost the albumin) and turning them into energy
this is bad
now you go on a diet where you stop eating everything, at the end of 10 days btouaf 3al mizen, you lost 3 KG btombosit w betkayyif w maba3ref chou
eh bas what did you lose? you lost maybe 1 or 2 kilos of fat (what you originaly want) bas the other kilo you lost might be muscle weight, your skin is now weak, your muscles are also weak

technicaly you didn't become any skinner when you lost that kilo, kerchak ba3do bas you lost some useful things

so watch proteins
when you eat a protein meal like fish or meat or eggs(scrambled eggs, boiling eggs will kill the proteins) the proteins from that food goes directly into repairing muscles or any missing protein, before it becomes calories, so it wouldn't damage your diet, and it would help maitain your body healthy

I'm just a second year pharmacy student, what I mentionned above may contain some detail errors, so don't use me as a reference

edit: excercicing helps reduce the loss of proteins and makes you lose more calories
your body understands the value of priorities, and so it wouldn't degrade proteins from places where they are being used, so walking each day and doing some pushups will prevent protein losses from your arm and leg muscles
