Help: Facebook hacked [SOLVED]

hello friends.
my friend hotmail and facebook account has been hacked tonight.
the one who hacked the account is publishing very dirty stuff on my friend's wall. the hotmail account contains also private communications.....

my friend, a young doctor, is in france and i'm communicating with him through a third person.

we tried to use facebook help center. they asked about the URL of the facebook account. unfortunately, i have this:

http://www.facebook.com/?ref=home#!/bilal.hotayt?ref=ts

is it the right URL, should he send it ?

and what about the hotmail account ?

it seems that this happened while he was chating through msn with a friend (???), who asked him to try a link.
once he clicked the link, he has been logged out. he tried to re- log in with his password ...

just enter the account with the old password and u can restore the account. ino at least it was done that and i dont know if facebook fixed this bug

as for email...... 3awado 3a allah :P but when enter the facebook account make him change the email from it so that the hacker cant rehack the account through email

thank you all. we are working on the issue.
i don't know, seems that some people are evil by nature, inno what's the purpose of such thing .... he hacked his accounts, cursed him, posted dirty things on his wall, and threatened him that he can post some private letters.
just to tell you, that my friend is really a nice guy, has no ennemies, a typical med student (study and work in hospital). he's actually very disturbed
