no WTH ARE YOU TALKIN ABOUT , your talkin about like 2 million MWs of power that needs 400 billion euros , i dont think a 1000 MWs needs such money , barely 500,000000 $ can make it.

the 400B project is different from the one that would make 300ks(approx.) that one will take 20 to 40 years , they didnt say how much power will it create , so the 400B will create way way much more than 300k , probably in millions.

man be realistic...

applying plans to get electricity is the easiest thing a human being can do..
in Japan they are extracting electricity out of lighting thunders..

But taking into consideration areas not paying money for electricity..
20% of the ministers pay there electricity bills..
taking into consideration that i am still paying electricity for 2008..

all these are matter to be discussed...
