Default Some Dieting Tips

*Lose weight gradually by changing your diet. You can lose approximately 1-2kg a week without jeopardising your health.

*Drink plenty between meals ( 1.5 - 2 liters ), e.g. still mineral water, fruit or herb tea and vegetable juice or unsweetened diluted fruit juice.
Drinking reduces the feeling of hunger.


*You should avoid beverages such as coffee, tea and alcohol while following the diet, since they reduce the cleansing effect and introduce too much acid into the body. Instead of coffee, drink green tea or cereal-based coffee.

*It is best to begin the diet at a weekend, as the first 1-2 days impose the most strain on the body.

*The food eaten in the course of the week must contain plenty of fibre which stimulates bowel function and ensures that you feel full. If you are constipated, take 2 teaspoons linseed twice w day with meals, or eat 2 dried figs or prunes soaked with water.

*Fruit, vegetables, salads and sprouting seeds are important sources of valuable vitamins and minerals, as well as secondary plant substances. They all promote cleansing and de-acidification of the body.

*Whenever possible, begin your meal with raw vegetables in the form of salad according to the season.

*When making salad dressing, use only cold-pressed unrefined vegetable oils, e.g. sunflower, thistle or olive oil, and mild cedar vinegar or lemon juice.

*Use salt sparingly ( it promotes fluid retention ). Instead, use herbs, which are rich in essential nutrients.

*Use organically produced food when possible. Steam vegetables, to avoid overcooking them.

*Sugar and food containing refined sugar should be avoided. If necessary, sweeten food sparingly with honey or pear puree. White flour and refined fats and oils should also be avoided. Sugar and white flour draw valuable essential nutrients like calcium out of the body and lead to excess acid in the system.

what do we have to do to avoid Chocolate .. can we eat a little bit or prevent it completely?

u can have the black chocolate and there is also chocolate sans sucre w better to minimize its intake as much as u can

u have the canderel with all its types...there is a brand named "TODAY" bars ... there r something that come like cornflakes names museli as i remember...there are digestive ( the bran biscuits )

there are a lot of people who use medecine to lose weigh like 'jujuba' etc...

are they good or bad?!

plenty of trades exist for losing weight like jojoba, magrim, miaozi, xenical, reductil and others

no medicine works alone to make u lose weight u have to aid it with diet and exercise...
as a medical expertise i dun believe in those advertised on tv like jojoba and lifelong and these things
other medicines like xenical and reductil have a mode of action scientific
there is smthg named Miaozi it is chinese herbs my friend tried it and she managed to lose like 3 kilograms in a week and also many clients gave good feed from it

Just stop eating bread and burgers and you'll lose weight lol.
BTW Ange|ic i don't think it's healthy to lose more than 1kg a week, i remember i read that somewhere because it will make the body lose muscles also.

yea i know xcoder i mentioned this info as the 1st tip in diet else than ur makin ur body need nutrients suddenly u will have stretch marks in ur whole body due 2 losing too much weight without giving the skin its time to reshape
