Jean Assi arrested for tweeting!!
Our dear friend Jean Assy is being held up and questioned for Tweeting about the President while gangsters and Al Qaeda members are running freely through the country and assassinating our dear Lebanese Army soldiers and no one dares even thinking to arrest them.
Not to forget the terrorist "Chadi Mawlawi" who was arrested few months ago than freed because of some political pressures. Freedom of Speech is a sacred right and we shall never allow them to transform Lebanon into another Saudi Arabia. Help us in the social media campaign(twitter, facebook...) aiming to free Jean Assi immediately and preserve everyone's right to express his opinion. كلنا_جان_عاصي#

اخلي بعد ظهر اليوم سبيل جان عاصي بسند اقامة بعد التحقيق معه في مكتب مكافحة جرائم المعلوماتية
وكان عاصي استدعي الى المكتب وتم التحقيق معه حول تغريدات على تويتر انتقد فيها رئيس الجمهورية ميشال سليمان وفي هذا الاطار أشار عاصي للـ "أل بي سي" الى أن التحقيق معه تمحور حول تغريدات قديمة كان قد كتبها على تويتر وتناول فيها الرئيس سليمان
