yes, you lose any point taken by the players subbed out. it only shows after the playing day.
I'm over reliant on tomorrow to catch up.

Did you change the captain? you lose half the points of what he earned if not all of them I think.
edit: you have changed shweinshteiger for marchisio right? you lost his points. Don't feel bad I've already made this mistake too  but shweini had 10 points so you should feel bad :P

If we change the captain during a matchday he loses his double points right? but this is hard cuz we have to choose the one player that we're sure he will score the most points out of the 11.
