Steak with Pineapple and Sweet Corn :

Ingredients:
steak, flour, eggs, ka3ek mat7oun, chilled pineapple, sweet corn and butter

U dip the steak in the flour eggs and ka3ek just like the escalope
then u fry them but not deep frying u put little oil in the pan
the sweet corn is made a little hot in a pan along with the butter

then u can eat the steak with pineapple on top and sweet corn on side

served with french fries

You know Mandy the chinese food is difficult to prepare @home why?
Cz to have a gr8 taste, you have to buy everything chinese (soy sauce, chinese noodles, chinese rice....w akid l peper )

all i need is to buy sesame oil and 5 peppers or smtg like that (chinese pepper)

Chinese food:

Garlic Roast Chicken

Ingredients:
1 Small Chicken (about 1kg)
4 Cloves Garlic
2 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
Dash of Pepper
Pinch of Salt
1 sp Sesame Oil

Method:
Heat oven to 200C.
Crush the garlic cloves and mix with the seasoning ingredients.
Rub the mixture over the skin and inner cavity of the chicken.
Place the garlic pieces and remaining seasoning inside the chicken.
Cook in covered casserole dish for 30-40 minutes until cooked.
Serve whole.

Chicken with Cashew Nuts

Ingredients:
250g Chicken (boneless)
50g Salted Cashew Nuts
1 Carrot, peeled and diced (about 100g)
1/4 Brown Onion, diced (about 50g)
50g Green Bell Pepper, diced & seeded (optional)
50g Baby Sweetcorn, sliced (optional)
2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Chinese Wine
Dash of Pepper
1 tsp Cornflour in 150ml Water (mixed)


Method:
Remove skin and visible fat from the chicken. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Marinade chicken pieces with seasoning ingredients*.
Coat a non-stick frying pan or wok with a thin layer of cooking oil. Heat.
Fry onion & garlic until fragrant.
Add in chicken & vegetables. Stir-fry until chicken is cooked.
Add cashew nuts & cornflour mixture. Stir until the sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and serve with rice.

Vegetable Fried Rice

1/4 cup light soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons peanut oil
2 eggs lightly beaten
1 carrot in very small cubes!
1 tablesppon of pepper
1/2 cup frozen peas
4 cups cold cooked rice

  1. Place a small skillet over medium heat. When it begins to smoke, add 2 tablespoons of peanut oil and the lightly beaten eggs.
  2. Stir until the eggs are firm but moist. Transfer the eggs from the skillet to a small bowl and break them into small curds. Set aside.
  3. Bring 1 quart of water to a boil in a small saucepan.
  4. Add the carrot and boil 1 minute. Drain and rinse in cold water. Drain again and reserve.
  5. Place a wok over medium-high heat. When it begins to smoke, add the remaining 1/4 cup of peanut oil and the garlic. Stir briefly.
  6. Add the carrots, red pepper, and peas. Stir-fry 1 minute. Stir in the rice and stir-fry 1 minute.
  7. Pour in the sauce and cook until the rice is heated through, about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve hot

Balsamic Steaks

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup shopped onions.
2 slices lemon
3 garlic gloves halved.
1 kg steak ( r2i2 )
1/2 tablespoon salt.
1/2 tablespoon pepper

Method:

*In a جاط , mix first 5 ingredients. Pierce steaks with fork and add to marinade. Let sit 15 minutes.
*Meanwhile, heat large nonstick skillet. Remove steaks from marinade; season with salt and pepper. Add to skillet and cook 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove to a plate.
*Add 3 tablespoons water to the marinade; pour into skillet along with drippings on the plate from steak. Boil until reduced to 3 tablespoons, about 2 minutes. Remove lemon and garlic from sauce.
*Cut steaks into serving pieces and top with sauce

Grilled shrimps and calamari salad: (6 persons )

ingredients:
100 Gr of jumbo shrimps
1Kg of calamari
150 gr Peanuts
juice of 4 lemons
4 tablespoon grenadine
2 chilis chopped
chopped and marinated gatlic
20 gr chopped parsley
10 gr chopped mint
70 gr diced celery
70 gr diced freen onion
salt & pepper


Preparation:
Mix together the peanuts, lemon juice, grenadine , marinated chilies, parsley and mint.
Cut the calamari in dices and grill them after marinating them in olive oil and seasoning....
Grill the shrimps.
Mix the calamari with the pomegranate sauce and add the grilled chrimps and serve it on top of mixed green leaves

Biscuit Au Chocolat:

Ingredients :
200g butter-397g Nestle condensed milk- biscuits- cocoa powder- nescafe

Method:
Place the butter on fire till it melts and then leave it to be cold a little.
Add the Nestle and mix very fast until they merge together.
Add 2 spoons cocoa or acc to ur desire.
Add small spoon of nescafe
Mix them well.
Add the biscuits after u make them small pieces.
Keep adding biscuits until u feel the whole mix is not juicy.
Place in the freezer.
