mmmm how do we know if that is being applied today ? There is nothing on the ogero website.

try and see. download a 100 MB file or so and check the difference. first make sure you check what the current quota is to compare

now private companies have no advantage at all. ogero has better latency and unlimited now. I wonder if private companies will try to even the score

The private companies won't stay still, i'm sure they'll add some advantages to be able to compete with Ogero.
