1. INTRO

Today I'll tell you how to make a telephone flood. Its main aim is to flood the victim's telephone with auto-generated calls. We will use only our PC and internet connection. Note: You'll need a good internet connection to do this. I didn't tested it on slow internet, but it may also work, call frequency can be just too low to bother your enemy.

Off course, we want to pay 0$ for all our activities.

although i'm not aware of any method which lets Them find you if you're behind Skype, but you always should care about your anonymity & privacy. This article assumes that you know all risks.

Finally, I tested this way on our local phones. I don't guarantee that it works in other countries, but it should. Others told me that they successfully did it to koreans & australians.

At last, I should tell you that you must not apply It to any telephone you don't own. It's all about education.

2. Why do I need this?

First of all, you really don't need to do it. Even if those whom you want to attack did something bad to you, you always can deal with them. Such things look very childish.

Ok here is the list how you can use it:

• Just to have some fun;
• To annoy those who annoyed you;
• For the revenge;
• To stop business of your competitors

The last is the most often case as I know. If the compony gets many phone calls from customers then it will be very bad to its business and, maybe, good for yours. I didn't verify this, but I heard from many ppl that it helped them (it may be a lol!, but if you will buy a dedicated server it could be very serious, because I don't know if operators can bann it).

3. Let's prepare...

Firstly, we need skype. We will need to download it and while downloading, you'll be asked some data like your name, country, email and so. You can randomly fill them.
After you got an account you'll be prompted to download Skype app. Do it and run the downloaded file. While installing, uncheck the checkbox which asks to install skype bar because you don't need it.
If you already own an account, I suggest you to open a new one and use this account only for It.
If you done all right, then you'll be able to login. Skype gives you some money to try the system so you don't need to pay. Now try to call to your phone (real phone). If all is good you'll hear beeps from your speakers and get a phone call.
I hope it all is simple and there are big manuals on how to use Skype.

4. Getting started

Since we've downloaded & unzipped the soft, we see 2 files. One EXE and one DLL. Take the DLL and place it at the root of disc C:. Then press Win+R & type

C:\WINDOWS\system32\regsvr32.exe C:\Skype4COM.dll

You can change path when needed. The system should tell that it registered that given DLL. Now run the exe file.

Now we should get to the interface. It could be sad that it isn't in english, but I now will tell you what all those buttons mean.

The button on top-left called "Подключиться" (connect) is to make the program deal with skype client. You have to press it. Skype will ask you, say yes and approve everything. When it is ready the status at top right will be "ONLINE".

5. Settings

For now we should enter the full number with no spaces and with the + in the begin to the textbox called "Номер: " ("number: "). The program also can flood multiple numbers but I don't see it useful.

There is a check box "Интервал" ("interval"). If you check it then you should set the interval (in SECs) between calls. So it calls, then waits as many as you set and calls again.

below there's a box "Количество: " ("quantity"). It sets how many calls the program does. Set to 0 to none-stop calling.

If you check "Таймер" ("timer") you can set how many minutes it will be calling.

That's all we should know about it. I think it is simple.

6. Start!

Now we will do our job. Let's press the button "Старт" ("start"). The skype window pops up and It begins.

Note: although the help says that program aborts current call if they will answer to the call, but some ppl said that some times it doesn't and they lost their money on Skype. That's why I suggest not to use your account if you have one. Control the program and if they answer, just abort the call.
