اعتبرت الأمانة العامة لقوى 14 آذار أن وثيقة الاخوان المسلمون تبعث بالإرتياح والتقدير، بوصفها اقتراحا "لعقد اجتماعي جديد، يؤسس لعلاقة وطنية معاصرة وآمنة بين مكونات المجتمع السوري، بكل اطيافه الدينية والمذهبية والعرقية، وتياراته الفكرية والسياسية".
