laptop problem high cpu usage.

i have this problem in my laptop that my cpu usage is always around 55% to 100%, and the memory about 1.55gb, for example now it is 56% usage while i only have mozilla firefox opened nothin more. i duno whats the problem

go to "Task Manager", then Processes, sort them by memory usage and see what application is using the cpu's power the most.

if you have vista, delete vista, get xp

and if you have a powerful antivirus it mgiht kill your pc, and if you have a virus...
