man thanks for the advice coz iza zabatit betkoun u solved all my problems , but i have on comment
when i download smthg with a php extension it will take 2 seconds to dowload coz it's not bigger than a few bytes , so how come , when i change the extension of a few kilobytes file to mp3 , baddo faj2a tranform to a song that must be at least 5 mb for example ??

lik the problem in nogomi is that it dont ive u the download link directly, but one link reffer to other.
so the leave it and it will be an MP3.
i had never had a problem wiz nogomi bil3akes they had make a BIG mistake so one can download as much as he need.

im having download speed problem too, i usually have download speed 15kb/s
lately it sucks like all the time it's 2-3kb/s the most it reaches is 8kb/s and tht rarely happens, i also noticed when i open a page it gets stuck while opening or takes a bit more time, but tht is not as much of a problem as download speed.

I think its more of a connection probleme, coz when I changed my connection ( to ADSL) the download speed is really fast
