problem with windows vista

i have a problem with my laptop and its annoying , i only experienced this problem after i updated my stupid windows vista, the thing is when i turn on my laptop, mano bati2 , but when the windows loads, the problem is that i cant open anything related to the internet ( browser , msn, or anythin ) till the RED CROSS in the taskbar turns to BLUE.

for example when i turn my pc on and it goes to windows , a red cross appears on my connection i have to wait like 30 seconds till it connects, so in those 30 secs if i clicked on firefox or msn it wont open, but when the RED CROSS is blue ( connected) firefox then will open automatically because i double clicked it in the 30 sec.

Before the update i used to open internet directly when windows open, now i have to wait till i go to windows then wait 30 seconds more so it can connects which is annoying

Man same thing happened to my pc after some updates , kein ya3mel restart saroukh w ykoun ready now i am checking what is causing the problem and i'll get back to you
