well it seems to me that everyone will be affected by this in the country , all politicians whether 8 or 14 shut the fu*k up and didnt talk about this , if 8 march politicians wanted this they would start talkin about it day and night and pressing on the goverment to adopt it , but they dont want it.

Maybe because Jebran Bassil has offered a plan to solve the electricity problem and they want to go through with it, pushing toward the Iranian offer would weaken it.

Anyway my personal opinion is that as long as we have a good offer let's go for it and assure 24/24 of electricity, BUT at the same time working hard to rebuild all the infrastructure related to the Lebanese electricity and going through with Bassil's plan in order to reach self sufficiency and start providing 24/24 electricity from the Lebanese power plants.

Getting help from Iran or any other country(without any political conditions) is not a bad idea as a temporary solution.

exactly, we can take electricity from Iran while working on Bassil's plan, because apparently Bassil's plan need at least 5 years to be accomplished ( hayda iza ma sar fi 5absa 3a Gebran), and I, personally, am with any plan that can guarantee us 24\24 electricity until Bassil's plan is over

I'll be Iran's pet dog if they do this.
and I'll slingshot a water balloon from my house to Israel to start whatever war they want.
