connection problem any help
my sister have a LENOVO laptop and we have a router for a connection ....
i can connect normaly and she could connect normaly also but the problem starts when the electricity shut down i could get the connection back normaly on my laptop but she couldn't , and she could connect to other networks only the router no ..... so i hope i get any help and if a format will help resolving the problem and thanks in advance |

had this problem before and here is the solution:
access your router, go to the wireless options: you will find Channel set to Automatic, set it to something else, like 4.
