It isn't even about hacking but about web development culture. Also your wonderful transparent forum logo looks gray in IE. I'm not its fan, but is it ok that your users who use IE are seeing such things?
And being on your place I would think of developing a tableless design and improving the navigation mechanism.
I talked about some of such things a year ago, but nothing changed. Are they left for fun?

Vcoderz was developed almost 4 years ago, and we're aware of the bugs. You can consider that this system has retired, and no changes will be done, but a complete restructuring and development from scratch.

Ok for me I don't care even if it would be full of bugs but have the same information, but others can think that our site isn't professional.
And fixing the bugs I posted isn't a long work I think. Even if it will take a day to fix them (it could be done faster) it will be nice to do so. The complete restruction was promised a year ago but it has not been done because it's a long process. but bugs exist all that long time. It even is not safe to have such bugs on the site and it can have negative results on its image.
