What did you learn in 2010?

Like always, most people are full of hope and excitement for the new year to start.
The majority has plans in mind to achieve in the new year whether on the personal or career level.

Life is full of experiences, every day we learn something new and make or change opinion about almost anything, looking to the future is the way to go, but what about the time that passed?

So, what did you learn in 2010?

That life is amazing when you keep the people that really make life beautiful, and kick out of it all the people that are not more than a mess in your life

Well many things occurred in 2010:

- Got Baptized (best feeling ever)
- Changed my major
- Got a Raise at work
- Bought a laptop
- Back into music production
- Saved money
- Still having the greatest and best friends by my side
- Drank a lot of beer

and the greatest lesson learned was to never make someone a priority, who only makes you an option.

Here's the list of things things i learned in 2010.
Many members in this forum know that 2010 was the best year of my life especially those who follow my news on twitter :P


Your body is your engine if you take care of it, you will feel better of yourself, become more dynamic, more productive, improves your physical appearance, reduces illness... and that's exactly what i did, still. And the results were numerous and beyond expectations, it will simply affect positively EVERY aspect of your life.

Working hard and working all the time are two different things if not opposites. Working in a smart and efficient way to get the job done fast and maintain high product / result quality and you will have enough time to enjoy living. Life isn't only about work after all.

Blind trusting and being naive is a synonym of self-destruction.
People will use them to back-stab you.
Close or not, blind trusting is just stupidity and irrational behavior.

Money is so freaking important, no matter what people say.
The more you have the higher your chances of being happy become.
Target fortunes and work for them and don't get with the "rich aren't happy people" stupid talks. Just avoid collecting money becoming the only thing to do in life.

Public relations are important especially in business, underestimating this part is like shooting one's self in the foot.

Employment is limitation, go creative, start your own business. That's what i'm doing since more than a month now, and so far so fantastic.
it wasn't planned to last more than two years, but late better than never.

Friends are very important, i made plenty this year, maybe not all of them are close, but most of them are wonderful. Many are in this forum and i'm happy to have them around.

Habits are the bricks of our lives, we just need to develop good ones and get rid of the bad ones. I did that too this year.

These are the things i learned this year, i might change my opinion about any of them later. But i'm really happy with what I've achieved this year.

i have learned alot.
1- i learned how to love
2- i learned how to risk(i risked my career in nigeria and started a new life in lebanon)
3- started my own business
4- started my MBA willing to get the DBA after
5- developed business plans creativity
6- working on 4 different projects each one of them in a different business field
7- had great friends specially here in the forum, Ramboy,Justin, Xcoder, Tarek you ware great
