Share your diet tips !

  1. Drink plenty of water or other calorie-free beverages.(8cups)
  2. Consider whether you're really hungry
  3. Be choosy about nighttime snacks.
  4. Enjoy your favorite foods.
  5. Enjoy your treats away from home
  6. Eat several mini-meals during the day. (3meals-breakfast,lunch,dinner- + 1 to 3 mini meals/snacks)
  7. Eat protein at every meal
  8. Stock your kitchen with healthy convenience foods.(fatfree microwave popcorn 4 exp)
  9. Order kids meal in a restaurant
  10. Be physically active
