I'm almost done with the game so i can review it for ya, that's IF my opinion means anything to u :P but anyways here it goes..

Red Dead Redemption is a one of a kind game really. The same engine used on GTA is used on it aswell.
It really brings that feeling of "living" in the Wild West as much as just "playing" a game about the Wild West.
The game brings together all aspects, from capturing wild horses and hunting down a wanted outlaw (dead or alive - gaining more money capturing the guy alive), to playing poker and blackjack.
The storyline is very well adjusted, how they take you from an area to another is also a very well adjusted issue.
One thing bothered me whilst playing the game though, is the fact that they give you one of the best three horses in-game right at the start (during a mission with Bonnie). The horse matter should've been taken more seriously, making you work for one of the best horses would've made things more interesting for the player's experience.
Overall, the game is well-rounded, i'll gladly give it a 10, some might say it's worth 9.5 (some "minor" glitches and bugs and some multi-player "minor" issues also), but for me, it's a definite 10
I'd say buy it w 7atta law it's 100$ it's worth it!

Yes it does have that same feeling, it's the same engine as GTA IV u'd feel like u're playing GTA IV but in a different theme, a Wild West one. 7atta the mini map has them dots and letters (the ones telling u where to go to do a mission) like GTA, all in all the game is REALLY nice man, bonsa7 kel wa7ad yel3aba if u like the Wild West w if u like GTA kamen

Red Dead Redemption:

if u liked GTA IV, love open world games, this is without a doubt the game u are looking for. Graphics are amazing, the places really look like in the desert, or Mexico, horses look really amazing, the characters look great. The Gameplay is awesome, plenty of stuff to do, from hunting wild animals, to bounty hunting, from drinking alcohol to poker. Story is amazing. Every step u make in the game affect the way people react to u. for example, while I was traveling on my horse from a town to another, I heard a woman screaming so I ran to help her, there was a guy trying to rape her, so I shot him in the knee and tied him up in with my Lasso (rope), she thanked me and ran to tell everyone, but that wasn't it, the criminal was still alive, so I put him on my horse and headed towards the train trail, the train was heading towards us, so I putted him on the trail, and stood aside and watched, he started begging me to untie him, then the train ran him down lol that was awesome . ever since then when I walk around the village people greet me and treat me with respect

You can also act like a criminal and just shoot everyone. Then a bounty will be on ur head, the more crimes u make the more the bounty raises, so expect anyone to jump u trying to either kill u or to catch u. But you can remove the bounty by paying some cash


As for the online, I don't know whats my latency, but its not that good . I only played capture the flag and free roam. free roam is like GTA online, an open world online where u have a character and u work on upgrading him. You'll see other players around, u can shoot them or play mini games with them. I made a new friend because of this game lol

Capture the flag is fun. two teams will start in two bases, and one team will try to capture the other team's flag while the other will try to prevent them. whats fun is that u can use weapons, cannons, riffle machines

there are 2 others online game that I didn't try yet


sorry for the long post and I am sure I missed a lot of stuff that I either didn't see yet or forgot about it but if ur question is weather u buy this game or not I tell u HELL YEAH. Its very unique, every small detail is worked on. a well deserved 10 out of 10

About that topic, u have something called Honor and another thing called Fame, u can be famous whether ur honor is minus or plus, meaning if u decide to do good stuff and raise ur honor, when u get famous people will greet u and respect u and u'll get discounts in stores, if u decide to be a bad man and lower ur honor, when u get famous people will fear u in the town, I finished the game, but i'm playing it again as a bad man, lowering my honor and leaving the bounty on my head, that way i'll be on the run all the time doing bad stuff to everyone I meet cz atm i'm playing as an EXTREME gentleman but the thing is, el storyline bel le3beh byejebrak tkoun honorable, enno u can't be a bad man, aw 7atta u can't FEEL like a bad man and then go do a story mission where u save lives and kill other bad men, but u're kinda MAJBOUR ta3mel the good work hayda el 7elo enno bi fassroulak enno u're obliged to do the good work mech men 2idak jit ta ta3mel el good work.

If ur honor is waaaaaaaaay low, like the lowest it can get, sadd2ouneh it's worth it ma3 enno u'll lose discounts in stores, bas u'll get a new horse, ya3neh everytime u whistle for ur horse byetla3 a Black Horse with a kinda mean White facce and white legs ka2an, it's BAD ASS !!! I got all 3 stallions - gold one - white one - full black one, bas this one...is just baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad u only get it if ur honor is low w believe me ayya stallion ayya ballout BAD ASS horse is amazing

I just did somethin amazing. Confucius did u buy the bate or not? here is what I did:

The bate is blood in a bottle used to attract wolves so that u can hunt them. I was playing for fun, like that without missions or anything and I lassoed a thief. now I was thinking about let a train ran him down but I accidently pressed the select button and I got a crazy idea. I putted the thief on the ground and placed the blood on him, 1 or 2 minutes later a group of wolves came and ate him . Damn that was amazing. u can really master torturing in this game

lol my name is weird and yeah I just tried it, it's fun being bad ass rules btw..the horse is just WIN oh and wearing the bandanna all the time is amazing also, that way they wont recognize u when u commit a crime lol the game is so much fun! Adam jiba a.s.a.p. man u're missing out

being a bad a** rules I just played without saving, just started to lasso people and torture them.... DAAAAAAAAAAAAAMN at the end I was out of ideas so I tied a woman up and just shot her in the head

I am sure keep on playing this game even after I finish the storyline weather online or offline
