PES 2011 is out I am getting it on pc

Iv played call of duty mw2 on ps3 , all i can say is , ps3 is crap!! how the hell can you people controll , the mouse is way way ahead of the stupid controller , shooters games are like strategy games , unplayable on consoles

I know what effective means, I'm just not sure what it's got to do with what we are talking about.

Unless, you are talking about how easy it is to shoot someone using the mouse.
In that case your argument falls flat on it's face. The reason I prefer the gamepad is the difficulty to aim accurately really fast (I'm sure I've mentioned it before).
I used to play CS pretty much every day (on PC), but then I gave my PS2 a try with an FPS.
And guess what? After an hour or two I was hooked on it. Why? Because aiming was a challenge.
On the PC it was just put cursor on the head, "click", he's dead, next one. Every single game was like this after a few hours. It was just too easy.
With the gamepad it doesn't matter if you've been playing years, you will never get a 50 head-shot killstreak.

This is why "effectiveness" isn't relevant here and preference is.

NBA 2k11 on xbox 360 is awesome The gameplay is a lot better, it's harder than nba 2k10,the motion is great,isolation plays, dunks, trademark shots all have been greatly improved, PLUS you have Jordan challenge and it's great!!
