but now u can buy more games, almost free. u have the choice to play original games OR play free pirated games with no online service, which some wish but u don't. So it depends

It will still be a few years before we see any pirated PS3 games, on disc at least.
The things were going to see soon are things like custom apps and better media format support, among others .MKV (which I've been waiting for).

As for hacking my PS3, no, I won't do it, I love it too much to risk voiding the warranty.

sure its good to have online.

i have a ps3 i dont play online and i enjoy it.

then i have many questions , wat exactly is hacked?
you can now copy dvds and the ps3 will accept them or wat?
the ps3 knows which cd is pirated and which is not??

No it's not like that, I think what they did is that they managed to breach the system which now enables them to start working on hacks that would allow pirated games to be played.

Personally I'm starting to hope they fail with it, mainly because I saw my friend playing Modern Warfare 2 online on his hacked 360 and he was cheating like hell.
Don't want people doing that on while I'm playing.
