lil help with Android 2.3.4

oki i need some help with android plz
in us android cell don't read arabic txt
so i need a prog for that so i can read arabic
i find many prog but first i need to open them then go to the arabic msg so i can read it
i think i need 1 installed to the root so it read arabic automatic without opening any prog

and i need a root/ unroot software

cell version : Droid X2 OS: Android 2.3.4 (gingerbread)

youl need to root and get a custom rom , or maybe arabic alone , search the XDA forum for that , youl find everything you need there

you need to flash a new arabized rom...google it
