دعت ادارة قناة
nbn وزير الاعلام وليد الداعوق الى "التدخل والعمل السريع لوقف شركة ايبسوس ستات عن اصدار البيانات الاحصائية المتعلقة بنسب المشاهدة على المحطات التلفزيونية اللبنانية". واشارت الى ان "عمل شركة ايبسوس ستات في المجال الاحصائي وبخاصة التلفزيوني بات يثير القلق ويتهدد مصير عدد من القنوات التلفزيونية ومنها قناة nbn بسبب احتكار الاحصائات وتشكيل مافيا احصائية واعلانية وتعمل على التمييز الفاضح بين القنوات اللبنانية من خلال التلاعب بارقام الاحصاءات وتزويرها ما الحق ويلحق ضررا فادحا بالموارد الاعلانية وحرمانها عن عدد من القنوات لصالح قنوات اخرى وشركات اعلانية باتت معروفة من الجميع"، لافتة الى ان "التمادي الخطير لشركة ايبسوس ستات في احصاءاتها المزورة والمزيفة تستدعي من وزير الاعلام التدقيق والتحقيق في عمل واداء الشركة المشبوه والبعيد كليا عن المعايير والضوابط المهنية علما ان في ادراج القضاء اللبناني دعوى مقامة منذ 7 سنوات من عدد من القنوات اللبنانية ضد شركة ايبسوس ستات لوقف انشطتها وعملها في لبنان وما يزال ملف الدعوى ينتظر البت فيه واصدار الحكم النهائي".
