torrent wont download

i was downloading a torrent when suddenly it stops and the blue icon turns red and then after that i cant download / seed any torrent from any website. what's the prob ?

edit : a fast reply would be appreciated

this specific torrent or all the torrents ?
check the number of seeds, if it's 0 then u have to wait.

it's all the torrents and they all have lots of seeders

i tried reinstalling utorrent i still got the same results i have a download to finish

when the icon is red and the settings are the same when u were downloading normally, ur isp is blocking the connection. wait till tomorrow and the post back.

actually i had this prob yesterday and i just thought that i had a slow connection i'll give it till tomorrow hope the prob will be solved

But my firewall is turned off

Yep the download still cannot be resumed even when i update the tracker
