Default Toyota Lebanon dealers, STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I've been exchanging emails with Toyota dealers in Lebanon, i really can't believe that such brand have such low level representatives.

Dear Sir,

I called 4 times today to get no answer 3 times on my phone calls and once when i talked to two people before they make me wait for 3-4 minutes before the answering machine started. Let alone the email sent few days ago and wasn't answered yet.
I left a voice message which i believe will not be answered neither.

This problem has already happened few months ago but back then the "reason" was the installation of the new telephone system.

However, as stated in my email few months ago, I'd prefer to check with dealers who have more consideration to their potential and existing clients.

Please feel free to stop calling us and do your purchase elsewhere .No need for you to get upset anymore , we don't want your business .

It’s really shame to know that a great brand like Toyota have such irresponsible dealers.

Serving Toyota for 40 years is our pride for you to call us irresponsible is your shame .
We are number one in Lebanon and we just don't want you as a customer for many reasons .

No wonder it's the last thing on your mind; based on the quality of management I have witnessed lately.
The report will be made anyway and I will make sure to advise everyone not to make the mistake I just avoided.
I hardly believe you are number one in Lebanon if you aren’t even able to reach the minimum requirements.
“Kettaneh” just got another client, no wonder why everyone advised me to check them in the first place.

Finally, thanks for being clear enough to make me avoid investing my hard earned money in the wrong direction, and I hope you keep your “First position” with this high quality of service.

man those guys deserve a lesson and a severe one, do anything to payback, they do this because we live in lebanon khalliyon yestarjo ya3emlo zeit el chi bi europe or america you can sue millions out of their asses out there but here they take advantage of people

Dunno man ... ana i bought a toyota FJ Cruiser 1 year ago ... w their customer support isnt bad @ all ... so dunno sayer shi abel l messages ?!
eno mish mante2 y2elak hek 4 no reason we dont need u as customer !!

Yes something happened before these messages as mentioned in the first message.
Same problem, their sale department never answer their phone nor emails.
So i sent them an email similar to this one, they replied inno they had a phone problem and called me back...

Now the same thing happened again, so i sent them another message saying inno fi shi ghalat, last time it was the telephone problem and extensions were misconfigured now what's wrong? and he replied this way. shou 3amelo?

I got some negative reviews on twitter as well, no body can ignore the Toyota high quality, but the dealers are so unorganized and stupid.

I can't find a company that its sales department doesn't answer phone calls, emails, voice mails on a Monday morning 4 TIMES?

Kettaneh were EXTREMELY friendly and gave me all details over the phone.
Seat as well, i will go check the seat in two days and there's a very high chance i grab their offer.

After all, i have nothing to lose, he did =)

Ow not to forget the guy who answered the phone was eating and barely able to speak before redirecting me to the other guy who made me wait 3-4 minutes before switching me to the voice mail. complete retards!

Yeah i agree with you ... u're in lebanon man ... there's nothing perfect ... bass yshufo 7alon in the top bi balsho yestalesh2o ... !!
anyway i advice you to go and with a manager in toyota aw shi ... even if you're not going to buy one bass @ least clear your point w barke yalle rad 3a ur messages will be kicked out from his his work !!

Anyway seat are good to ... i had direct contact with them ... they have good cars and good customer support !!

The one who was answering is the boustany guy, the Toyota representative in Lebanon. what a looser!
