question , lasho ba3dak 3am t2ello "dear" , did you report this to Toyota?? you should .
My bro was here in the summer , and he wanted to ask the banks if they have vip customer care , he called about 4 banks , each bank he called , he was transfered to another line to another guy then to about 3 or 4 other persons then back to the 1st person only to start the cycle again , he didnt get the answer from neither of the 4 banks

I agree with everyone who said that you should report this to Japan as the Japanese ppl really care about the customer service
