im on it now from visp . btw they offer free 56 kbps dial up conn. i dont know if tht vpn .

I know someone who provide this service here in Lebanon and the server is in USA... But it is not free...
Use programs like TOR or Ultra-Surf if you want... |

Yeah it's pain in the ass using these softwares if you have a slow connection...
Anyways, I don't think that there exists a free vpn service! |
