the statement mentioned above is not related to the health nor the shape of body whether great or not ... it's just at this age people won't incease in size anymore ... they'll tend to shrink (we are talking here about the height not the weight or shape) ... mostly due to some metabolic and bone lesions ... but not everyone ofcourse ....
