actually, it happened with my partner at work, he bought it & had some troubles.. so he contacted Dar El Manar i think.. the ones who distributed them via Delivery at home... they took it from him & gave him another one which worked.. so try to call them, I think the number is posted on Manat Tv Commercials & on the dvd back cover (not sure)...
or if u bought it from a dvd seller marketeer or a network/dvd place, switch the dvd with another one... eventually, u paied money for it
