what about an AMD? eno why u go always for intel, AMD are quite good and powerful and get an ATI instead of a Gforce Im sure u can get them lower price
and about the board try asus they are made for AMD awsome boards nice featurs

try to google them for the best combination between board and CPU

NO! check the prices everywhere, the cpu is E8500, it runs at 3.16 ghz (close to 3.2ghz, which he asked for) and it is priced at 205$ vat excluded.

take it easy, the asus boards are the most expensive in the market. let him stick to an intel or amd depending on the cpu he wants to get. just look at his budget
