That page includes info on both excessive doses, small, and also regular doses of alcohol. It also includes the beneficial effects.
Clearly the harmful effects outweigh the beneficial ones.

I've never tried Non Alcoholic beer! aslan why would u call it beer 2eza ma fiya alcohol? I don't drink maybe bel sine mara but when it's new year or any important party I for sure drink half a cup of beer with alcohol!

I never tried non-alcoholic beer, but just because beer may be better than it doesn't mean that non-alcoholic beer is sh*t. Consider it as some other drink like pepsi. It would be good then wouldn't it ? It's just that when drinking beer you are looking for something specific so you eliminate everything else.

...and for **** sake, I always wonder how that mostly the people who don't drink alcoholic drinks for religious reasons say it tastes like sh*t. I like to drink regularly but I don't get drunk. Never. It's just great especially in the situations Justin said.
