This is because all italian teams rent their stadiums for the municipality of their region. And we are not the richest league in the world.
Juventus have built their own stadium and are going to be the 1st team in Italy to have their own stadium. They will use it in next campaign.

I always find it weird when people use this as a reasoning exclusively for one league as even in Serie A for instance it happens Cessena beat Milan per example, and many leagues, it's not exclusive to one league. Even in the least competitive leagues it can happen.
