Seems it is a local detroit service, no other cell provider offers this plan .. all others unlimited calls are @ 99.99$/month

My brother in France has a way better offer, he calls in France and most of European countries unlimited + internet about 8mbps + TV cable for 28 euro/month.

Yeah most of you mentioned landline phone plans with internet...That should be cheaper than a cell phone plan usually...and yes the provider is local in my case which means when i leave the state I lose the signal
