could it be on purpose?

today I have(and I say have because it is still there) a problem with my connection.
every time I try to open a page I get the message

operation timed out
The web server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time

I am a sodetel user, and the only sites I was able to open were sodetel.net.lb and windows live messenger. this has happened on 3 of my computers not on one so it's not my computer, it's my connection

even google didn't open

and this is still going on

what made me suspicious is that right now, I am using the ultrasurf proxy, and ultrasurf was able to connect to its servers and I can browse around now. on the other 2 computers I am still getting this error

so what the hell is goin on?

Port 80 is blocked most probably. check with sodetel.
