How long is you nap time and what's the interval between two naps? and how do u manage to sleep in the day when you have uni or work or something..?

our body is programmed to have a nap at 3-4h PM. sleeping for 15 min will restore your energy. sleeping more will affect your night sleep.

i adore naps!!!
now some of u said that you get up even more tired....well that only happens when you take tooo long of a nap it throws you off and then ure all messed up. but the just right nap feels soo good. like about an hour..it feels so refreshing. and energizing especially if u had to get up early for uni or work. Miss O. |
