Dead in prison

ربيع صقر، ابن ال22 عاماً توفي في سجن رومي بعد توقّف قلبه فجأة. قد تبدو القصة عادية، ولكن ان يكون سبب الوفاة التعاطي المفرط للحبوب والمخدرات داخل السجن، فأمر يطرح علامات استفهام كثيرة.

ربيع دخل السجن بتهمة سرقة 200 الف ليرة لبنانية وما زال موقوفاً منذ تسعة اشهر من دون صدور حكم بحقه.

حبوب المخدرات تدخل الى السجن بوسائل مختلفة امّا داخل الثياب وإما الطعام وإمّا بواسطة عناصر امنيين غير منضبطين.

المطلوب هو عدم توفير بيئة حاضنة لتعاطي المخدرات داخل السجن وايجاد خطة سريعة لمعالجة الازمة.

ويبقى السؤال هل السجن هو مركز للتأهيل واصلاح المجرم أم مكان لاكتساب كلّ العادات التي تضرب المجتمع؟

man, if a 22 year old takes drugs and dies, it's his fault, you're 22, you don't need momy and dady to keep an eye on you

I am actually against drugs being illegal for adults, they are responsible for their action
plus nicotine is legal, nicotine is one of the most lethal drugs in existance

Probably ISF members are selling drugs inside the jail.
The guy was jailed for 9 months because he's accused of stealing 200.000LL, and those who stole billions are running the country.

Concerning Ziad Baroud, i agree with Tarek, he can't do shit.. a loser just like all the ministers in the government except very few ones(Hussein EL Hajj Hasan; Mohammad Khalifeh).

Anyway what are you waiting from a country where everything is distributed based on the religious view of someone?
