Hi Karim7 :
this is what i found related to ur request : go to: 1. Control Panel/Internet Options/connections/Always dial-up (check on it) 2. Network settings/Tools/Dial-up options/Check My location for autodial (i think this is Windows ME) 3. Control Panel/Administrative Tools/services. You will get a whole long list of 'services'. Scroll down to these: Remote Access Auto Connection Manager Remote Access Connection Manager Telephony Rightclick/properties. Click on stop (might not let you but don't worry about it). Change 'Start up type' to 'automatic'. Click on apply. Click 'start. Click OK 4. Check the registry settings Run Regedit: User Key: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Internet Settings/Connections] then you'll see on the right side your dial-up connection ... right click on it and edit as following Value Name: EnableAutodial Data Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value) Value Data: (0 = disabled, 1 = enabled) 5-restart your computer P.S: 1 - I Never tried this before ... try it at your own risk ![]() 2 - Remember to backup your registry before modifying anything and make sure you know well the default settings before changing, so in case it didn't work you can restore them back to normal Thank You ...
