M|ch yes i'm a proud fastnet user :P
so far fastnet is leading and i m quite sure if the DSL service starts fastnet will improve its service as well. however it could be a good connection but not enough comparing to abroad connections.

fastnet offices are located in Adonis, Lebanon near the ICTN (Academy of English).
As for the prices its 22$ and up.
