Good one man i decrypted half of it but i don't have time now to continue. I will work on it later and i'll post it 2morrow. but i think there is something wrong with it... but anyway i will try later if nobody solves it.

There's a mistake.. Take a look:

hvzt vtd : h-1=G / v-1=U / z-1=Y / t-1=S ===> GUYS
v-1=U / t-1=S / d-1=C... it's supposed to be +1 to be C, so u must put VTF and not VTD.. maybe there's some other mistakes, but when I found this, I stopped my work Thanks.

I solved guys but it includes some errors in encrypting it, so be careful next time.
guys use the ............ encrypt for the game. replace each letter by the one next to it in alphabet

Now here's my new encrypted sentence:

zm lizmtv z wzb pvvkh gsv ulloh zdzb

The sentence is easy but the encryption is harder than the last one. If anyone resolves it please give the encryption method.
