بناء على طلب اورانج فلاور : الملوخية المكونات والمقادير: ورق ملوخية مجففة مقدار ثلاث حفنات كبيرة فروج كامل أو سفن وأفخاذ الفروج ليمون نصف كيلو توم حسب الرغبة عادة نستخدم أربع رؤوس ثوم + ملح + كزبرة + زبدة طريقة التحضير نقوم بسلق الفروج ثم نقوم بتصفيته ونحتفظ بالماء التي سلقنا فيها الفروج ثم نقوم بفرم الفروج المسلوق باليدين نسخن مقدار 3 ليتر ماء بدرجة حرارة 50 درجة وبعد أن يتم تسخين الماء نضيف أوراق الملوخية بحيث تكون مغمورة بالماء وننتظر ساعة أو ساعة ونصف ثم نقوم بتصفيتها من الماء الساخن ونقوم بغسل أوراق الملوخية حوالي عشرة مرات وذلك باستخدام وعاءين بحيث أن القسم الذي نغسله نضعه في الإناء الثاني وهكذا حوالي عشرة مرات طبعا الغسيل يكون بالماء البارد وبعصر الأوراق بكلتا اليدين بعد الغسيل نقوم بوضع أوراق الملوخية إما على قطعة قماش أو نستخدم وعاء التصفية حتى تجف من الماء نوعا ما نسخن مقدار معلقة كبير من الزبدة ونضيف نصف كمية الثوم المدقوق ونضيف ملعقة كزبرة كبيرة ونحرك السمنة حتى يذبل الثوم ثم نضيف أوراق الملوخية ونقوم بتحريكها مع الزبدة والكزبرة والثوم ثم نضيف الماء الذي سلقنا به الفروج بحيث نغمر الملوخية بالماء ونتركها على النار حتى تنضج ثم نضيف لحمة الفروج وأيضا نضيف القسم المتبقي من الثوم بعد أن نكون مزجناه مع عصير الليمون ومقدار معلقة كزبرة ونقوم بتحريك الملوخية قليلا ونتركه على النار حوالي خمس أو عشر دقائق صحتين و ما تنسي اذا بدك خبز و خل و بصل
