yeah right , he takes like 100 shots in a game, so he must hit the target at least once... He's very selfish.. I don't think he will fit in at Manchester...

Sneijder is perfect for Manchester's play-style and Ferguson's tactics. Only problem is that there are many players already and if he goes to Manchester United he will have to take Rooney's place so Rooney plays as a lone striker.

Something like this:

--------Rooney--------
Nani-----Sneijder-----Young
-----Carrick----Fletcher

problem is there will be many bench players like Valencia, Park, Hernandez (berbatov probably leaving), and moreover, there would be no clear striker who can poach goals.
Another solution would be

--_-------Hernandez----
-Rooney---Sneijder-----Young
-------Carrick----Fetcher

but there would be too many bench players as well like Nani/Valencia

however, he fits perfectly, can't think of a better player that would fit Ferguson's Manchester. However, they will have to fix the squad a bit if they want to get him. And yes he's worth that much money and he's a betetr gamble than Nasri. Nasri has been at Arsenal for like 3 years or something. He had 4 good months in these 3 years and already wants to get a pay rise to something like 6 million+ euros. He also is whining about being in a team that can't win anything, when he was sitting on the bench for a huge time with the club and culdn't get a starting spot. That's not a good mentality to have in football. Blaming the team when you suck monkey balls.

dude, u must be trippin. Nasri has played 2 excellent years with Arsenal, he also stated that he doesn't want a huge pay rise, he just wants trophies. And the same goes for Sneijder he wants the biggest raise ever, about 280 000 a week! wtf? now THAT'S a huge gold digger anyways United can go back to all attack like they used to do before in a formation that looks something like this..

-------Rooney----Hernandez-------
-----------------------------------
-Young------Sneijder---------Nani-
-----------------------------------
------------Fletcher---------------
-----------------------------------
--Evra-----Vidic----Rio-----Rafael--
-----------------------------------
--------------De Gea--------------

Sneijder - Nasri - or Modric, if someone has a bad in him, i'm pretty sure Sir Alex wouldn't allow it, he's got a big head, so the bad in these players will be addressed before even signing them, and if they mess up on court we all know how Sir Alex treats rebels, he can sell them just like he did with Beckham. So i'm pretty excited to see who'll come, most probably Nasri though I think, he's got the age advantage over Sneijder, bas ... lol I can't really decide on who's better! khalas the one who's brought in is better lol

On a side note:

Is it just me or Man Utd's squad has some extra weird similarities with Hollywood's stars?

Ashley Young looks like Denzel Washington.
Berbatov looks like Andy Garcia
Rooney looks like Dumbo the elephant and finally,
the guy with the gay name() looks like Bruno Mars!

2 excellent years ? he was a normal player before, decent but not top quality. This year he played top notch for 4 months and was busy whining the other time. Also he does want money, he said that continuously at first, but when he saw the manchester city and united interest ( whom automatically will give him higher wages) he started giving other excuses, which are pathetic because he is responsible to help the team and not whine and put responsibility on others. That is a classic example of a prick who hasn't proved anything. If he thinks he deserves united why couldn't he help arsenal most when it mattered or at least try to instead of whining ?

Also Sneijder isn't asking for huge prices, that's just media crap probably from none other than goal.crap. He is just lured by United's interest and if they make an acceptable offer for Inter he will probably leave without a wage rise although he deserves it easily because he is a top AM and actually proved it year on and on, and got Inter to the treble and Holland for the final. Nasri almost wants as much money as Sneijder gets in Inter now, which is just pathetic no matter what way you look at it.

also that formation you posted will never work. First Sneijder can't really play as a pure central midfielder which is how he will end up playing. Second, Fletcher can never play as a DM, not even Carrick who is more of a DM can take that role alone with no backup next to him.

About Nasri:

1- maba3ref leh mechile bel 4 months, he had an outstanding year as a whole.

2- byets7e22 l pay raise.

3- he always shows up in big games w he's a consistent player.

4- mech hal2ad bte3jebne his character bas enno as a player he's a very good one.

About Sneijder:

1- ken lezem ykoun mracha7 3al Balon D'or this year cz he took both Inter AND Holland to the finals.

2- he does deserve a big raise indeed.

3- he'll be the best for United bas what i'm saying is Nasri is also good.

halla2 about the formation:

it's usually played like this, w Sir Alex wants someone to basically replace Carrick and/or Fletcher, li be3te2ed is more suited alongside Sneijder due to him being a better engine than Carrick, Carrick is more of the playmaker guy whilst Fletcher likes to tackle and run alot..

-------Rooney--Chicharito--------
Nani-----------------------Young
-----Sneijder---Fletcher----------

(Sneijder as a more progressive role than Fletcher)

cz this

--------Rooney-------------
Nani-----Sneijder-----Young
-----Carrick----Fletcher----

is veryyyyyyyyyyyy defensive, it isn't much of Sir Alex's mindset to play in just one full-on striker.
I've heard lately enno yemken ma yjib an AM w instead yla33eb Ashley Young in that role, cz ma3 England he's playing as an AM w he's flourishing under that role, something like that:

----------Rooney------------
Nani-----Young-----Valencia
-----Carrick----Fletcher-----

Chicha comes in as a sub later on where he's proved to be most effective, bas Young's dribbling skills w speed on the wings will be missed cz he's very good at that too, so dunno what the tactics are here..

Ferguson gives up on Nasri
United boss reckons a move has been agreed elsewhere

The United manager spoke to the press shortly after arriving in Boston for the start of the club's pre-season tour of the United States.

With Paul Scholes now retired, Ferguson is on the look-out for a replacement, with Nasri, Wesley Sneijder and Luka Modric all being linked with a summer switch to Old Trafford.

Nasri has also been connected with Manchester City, with both they and United said to have bid around £20million for the France midfielder.

But Ferguson hinted that if he is leaving the Emirates this summer, it could be to the other side of Manchester.

"I don't think he is coming to United," he said.

"That is all I can tell you. I think that he has agreed to go somewhere else."

Nasri has gone on tour with Arsenal to Malaysia and manager Arsene Wenger believes he will still be at the club next season.

But the French boss also indicated that he may keep the player for the final year of his contract and risk losing him on a free transfer in 12 months' time.

"That is his decision," said Ferguson. "He is the manager.

"If he stands by that decision, it is a brave one.

"I don't know if the (Arsenal) directors will enjoy that one, but it is possible. Maybe he will have to stay."

كدت صحيفة

the sun
