أربعة من خمسة وزراء محسوبين على رئيس الجمهورية قد اصبحوا محسومين وهم:



- الياس المر وزيرا للدفاع، وقد يكون نائبا لرئيس مجلس الوزراء.

- زياد بارود وزيراً للداخلية والبلديات.

- عدنان السيد حسين (الشيعي التوافقي) وزير دولة.

- الوزير السابق عدنان القصار (السني التوافقي) وزير دولة.

اما الوزير الخامس، وهو وزير دولة فلم يعرف بعد ما اذا سيكون ارثوذكسياً ام كاثوليكيا، وفقا للتوزيعات الطائفية الأخرى. وفي هذا الاطار علم من احد أصدقاء الرئيس سليمان انه يريد لوزارة الدولة هذه سيرة لتكون من حصته سواء اكانت كاثوليكية ام ارثوذكسية.

بانتظار وصول الرئيس المكلف إلى قصر بعبدا، مع التشكيلة الرسمية، تداولت المعلومات تشكيلة أولية لحكومة سعد الحريري الأولى، توافر منها لـ«الأخبار» الآتي:

5 وزراء لرئيس الجمهورية، هم: وزيرا الدفاع والداخلية الحاليان، الياس المر وزياد بارود و3 وزراء دولة: عدنان القصار وعدنان السيد حسين والثالث كاثوليكي أو أرثوذكسي.

تكتل التغيير والإصلاح: جبران باسيل للطاقة، كميل الخوري للسياحة، نديم لطيف للاتصالات، سيبوه هوفنانيان للصناعة، ويوسف سعادة وزير دولة.

المستقبل: حسن منيمنة أو رضوان السيد للتربية، ريا الحسن أو محمد شطح للمال، وسعد الحريري رئيساً للحكومة، إضافة إلى محمد الصفدي للاقتصاد.

القوات اللبنانية: بطرس حرب للعدل وعماد واكيم للشؤون الاجتماعية.

حركة أمل: علي الشامي أو جهاد مرتضى أو محمود بري للخارجية، علي عبد الله للزراعة، محمد خليفة للصحة، حزب الله: محمد فنيش للتنمية الإدارية وحسين الحاج حسن للزراعة.

آخر المعلومات عن كيفية توزيع الحقائب

في آخر المعلومات، افادت مصار مواكبة لتفاصيل تشكيل الحكومة للـ"lbc": بأن سلة الحقائب التي ستسند الى مسيحيي 14 آذار، ستتضمن: وزارات العمل والثقافة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعدل، والاعلام ورجحت المصادر ان تنال القوات العمل والثقافة، وان تنال الكتائب الشؤون الاجتماعية
ميشال فرعون الاعلام مع امكانية تبديل بين الاعلام والثقافة
وان ينال بطرس حرب العدل،على ان تبقى وزارة التربية من حصة المستقبل.
المصادر قالت ان هذه ليست التكشيلة النهائية وفي حال اي تعديل، يكون: اسناد العدل الى القوات والثقافة او الاعلام للنائب بطرس حرب مع ارجحية الاعلام على الثقافة.
وبعد انهاء التفاصيل مع حلفائه من 14 آذار، سيعقد الرئيس المكلف لقاءا مع العماد عون لتسلم الأسماء العائدين لوزراء التيار منه، ويكون اللقاء لتثبيتما اتفق عليه الرجلان لناحية خطة الانقاذ والاصلاح الاقتصادي والمالي ومرجح ان يكون اللقاء ظهر الاثنين، على ان يتوج الحريري تحركه في بعبدا بلقاء الرئيس ميشال سليمان.
واذا لم يطرأ طارئ، يكون شكل الحكومة على الشكل الطائفي التالي:
حصة السنة: سعد الحريري ورضوان السيد وحسن منيمنة وريا الحسن ومحمد الصفدي وعدنان القصار من حصة رئيس الجمهورية
حصة حزب الله: حسين الحاج حسن وزير زراعة ومحمد فنيش تنمية ادارية عن حركة امل علي عبدالله ومحمد جواد خليفة وزير صحة وعلي الشامي او محمود بري
حصة الرئيس سليمان: الياس المر وزير دفاع زياد بارود داخلية
عن حزب الكتائب سليم الصايغ عن المرده يوسف سعاده وزير دولة عن تكتل التغيير واصلاح جبران باسييل وزير طاقة المهندس جورج بارود للاتصالات

في ضوء المعطيات المتوافرة من المقرر ان يتوقف حسم التشكيلة النهائية على توزيع خمس حقائب لقوى 14 آذار هي العدل والعمل والاعلام والثقافة والشؤون الاجتماعية والتربية.
وتتوزع التشكيلة الحكومية مبدئيا وكما كانت متداولة أمس على الحقائب والاسماء الآتية:

- حصة رئيس الجمهورية ميشال سليمان: الياس المر وزيرا للدفاع نائبا لرئيس مجلس الوزراء، زياد بارود وزيرا للداخلية والبلديات، عدنان السيد حسين وزير دولة، عدنان القصار وزير دولة، ارثوذكسي أو كاثوليكي يرجح ان يكون امرأة وزيرة دولة.

- حصة "حزب الله": حسين الحاج حسن وزيرا للزراعة، محمد فنيش وزيرا للتنمية الادارية.

- حصة الحزب التقدمي الاشتراكي: غازي العريضي وزيرا للاشغال، اكرم شهيب وزيرا للمهجرين، وائل ابو فاعور وزير دولة.

- حصة حركة "امل": محمد جواد خليفة وزيرا للصحة، علي عبدالله وزيرا للشباب والرياضة، علي الشامي وزيراً للخارجية (مع عدم اسقاط احتمال اعادة تسمية الرئيس نبيه بري محمود بري لهذا المنصب).

- حصة "تيار المستقبل": حسن منيمنة وزيراً للتربية، ريا الحسن وزيرة للمال، رضوان السيد وزيراً للثقافة.

- حصة كتلة طرابلس: محمد الصفدي وزيرا للاقتصاد.

- حصة "تكتل التغيير والاصلاح": جبران باسيل وزيرا للطاقة، ابرهيم دديان وزيرا للصناعة، يوسف سعادة وزير دولة، وطرح اسمان محتملان لتولي احدهما الاتصالات هما شربل نحاس أو جورج بارود. كما طرح اسم سيزار ابو خليل للسياحة. وفهم ان عون لن يوزر نوابا او راسبين في الانتخابات باستثناء باسيل.

- حصة "القوات اللبنانية": ابرهيم نجار وزيرا للعدل وعماد واكيم للشؤون الاجتماعية (تبعاً للحل الذي سيعتمد بالنسبة الى توزير النائب حرب).

- حصة الكتائب: لم ترشح احدا بعد باستثناء سليم الصايغ للتربية، في حين ان بعض المعلومات لم يستبعد تغييره في حال قبول الحزب بوزارة العمل.

- اما وزارة الاعلام فيرجح اسنادها مجددا الى الوزير طارق متري، علما ان معلومات كانت ترددت عن اسنادها الى النائب ميشال فرعون الذي قد تسند اليه وزارة دولة، وكذلك الى الوزير تمام سلام في حال اسناد الثقافة الى سني آخر.
