Kingroudy, Macromedia-Dreamweaver 8 isn't just a php editor. its a complete WEB DEVELOPMENT tool, anything from javascripting, to JSP, ASP, PHP... u name it... its actually a great too which i've used few times...

I personally prefer using Visual Studio .NET for html, xml, and ASP (VBscripting) and Javascripting, with the IIS server (all microsoft tools)

christian4ever, Dreamweaver is a great tool... i really think you should get used to it... it also allows you to design using a GUI, and automatically generates the HTML Code

as for online help, i believe www.w3schools.com is by far the best online help to get on HTML
