I have been searching around for a simple piece of information....
What is the ideal temperature for drinking water? Here is what I know so far: 1- For people on a diet, it might be nice to know that for every 500 ml of water you drink at Ice Cold (around 0 Celsius) your body burns 70 Calories (kcalories) to raise to body temperature so that it can be used. 2- Water has great benefits when you drink it at a temperature close to your body temperature (around 37 Celsius) such as: a- Utilizing Metabolism and boosting it in a short time. This might be critical for both people on diets and especially for athletes. b- As opposed to cold water, it is said that drinking water on such a temperature is very helpful to the vocal chords. It helps in preserving them and during ling speeches and all that. c- Again for athletes, the speed in which the body starts to use the water u just drank greatly depends on the temperature of that water. The optimum for that being body temperature. Since this is not a scientific study, add anything to that if u have any knowledge in it. |

There's a Japanese way to lose weight by drinking hot water just after eating. However it's known also that cold water is not good for dieting people.
