Probably not but not for sure...

The food crisis that is becoming worse and worse everyday can give you an idea on how the world is gonna end. The estimate number is that by 2050 we will be 10 billion ppl on this planet. Projections of the effects of global warming on plantation are massive and all point to the impossibility of the world food market to cover the needs of such a population. So how will the world end? You will see India, China and eventually countries less and less populous starving like in Africa. Natural disasters will be, and already are, more frequent and way more devastating from what they were 50 or a hundred years ago. By then many of the earth's non-renewable energy sources will be scarce or gone totally which will hike prices of all energy sources. Temperatures will have increased an average of 6 to 12 degree celsius worldwide screwing the balances of the ecosystem and ending a lot more of living creatures.

As energy sources become scarce and the world overpopulated and people stressed with the fact that securing the basic needs for yourself will be ur life's aim and goal, conflicts will rise. There will be more wars, more murder, more rape, and way way more thefts.....

The Solutions:

It might be hopeless when you think of how you can stop all that but it is really easy to delay it by simple measures if enforced:

1- Overpopulation: Although it is already projected that the number of births even in third world countries will drop drastically, it won't be enough. Every couple should have a maximum of two children and all countries, including developed countries, should enforce that law. Two children is the secret number since it gurantees replacement of both parents and thus almost keeping the numbers kinda stable. Religious leaders have a huge role in this in countries where governments don't have the power to enforce laws.

2- Diet: Today the animals we raise and feed to eat outnumber us. Every pound of meat requires 9 pounds of grain to be available to us. So every time you enjoy a quarter pounder at McDonalds you have prevented 2.25(1 Kg) of wheat from being produced. Simple calculations show what that means when measured on a world population. Besides, eating more whole grains and vegetables includes huge amounts of deitary fibers and complex carbohydrates which are harder to digest and satisfy hunger more for that reason as opposed to the composition of meats. Yes, to solve the food crisis, people should be vegetarian or at least pescetarian ... To add to that, 18% of the problem of global warming is caused by the gases produced by cows alone...

3- Global warming: I will not say things everyone know. It is impossible to reverse this but their are a million things u do everyday and can stop with simple alterations of your lifestyle that can help delay the effects and give your children a chance to live as you did
