What do u want to improve in urself? ... yeah yeah, I know that u're happy wit' the way u are.. but Im pretty sure that there's bad habbits that u do... so post some of ur bad or unusual habbits n how do u think u can improve them... ?

My Bad Habbits:
1- Sleeping Late 2- Not Studying Enough 3- Get Mad Easily 4- Speeding While Driving 5- Smoking Alot(And I Mean Alot) Of Argile Ways To Get Over Them: 1- Try To Go To Bed Early (11 a.m), So When It Comes To 1 a.m (On Schooldays) I Can Sleep 2- Try To Have A Clean And Tidy Room When Tryin To Srudy, So I Can 3- Try To Say..."Ma Tifro2 Ma3ak" 4- Drink Alot Of Water While In The Car So I Feel Like Im Gonna Explode And Cant Speed 5- Try To Replace Argile With Pepsi (I Know Its Not Gonna Work Because In That Case I Will Be Drinkng Some 20 Pepsi Cans) |

I don't think i can tell you all my bad habbits because ma b3oud khalis men hala2 la boukra
I'll tell you some:1-Sleeping very late (men l 3.00 am w tali3),i think i should try to go to bed earlier... 2-Drinking a lot of pepsi w cola w etc although i have problems caused by acid,w i kno i should stop it bas am addicted i can't 3-I get mad really easily,to fix it i have to try to control myself a little...

well i have a huge number of bad habits...i sleep very late,dont study get angry very fast and the to cure these bad habits is to practice on controling ur self and going to sleep early ......

I'm so happy the way I am, I wish I can be like that forever... I was born with these habbits, and I'll die with these habbits..

First, thanks for this thread justin!!
Actually it's all about life style and what you're used to do. This is one of the main problems i m facing honestly which is 'Organising my life' in another meaning improving habbits and specify priorities. -I'd like to study more -Sleep earlier -Fix my room (started from here and doing fine so far). -Watch what i eat -Practice sports (I used to but stopped since last summer). Once i achieve those goals i can say that i am close to perfection

i would like to eat some more food, the thing that i don't give it much impportance . plus i would like to go out more , becuz i'm always stuck in front of my pc, which is another thing that i want to change + i'd like to contribute a little bit of my time to help the red cross , instead of some extra pc time
