International Aid?

During the last war lebanon has received lot of international aid from many countries including the united nations.
BUT, where those aid go?
some of them were received from the UN changed the logo of the country and resent as hariri co. to the south.
but it didn't stop here some of them were not even sent and here's a video i took in one of the houses of 3 floors and those were just in a small room on the roof i don't know if there are more.
i heard that many similar houses for those people who has good relations with the government had the same thing.

Simply remember that in the previous wars, the world used to send money for the lebanese governments so those can re-build what was destroyed.

But now, even the Saudi Arabia and all the other arabic countries did not send the huge numbers of money like the past years, but they came by themselves to re-build the bridges, and the destroyed buildings.
