http://www.bandwidthplace.com/speedtest/ these tests are better done online, no need to download a software. anyway there are many, use google my friend.

Man it is easy when u download somthing ur download speed should be between 28 and 32 if u have a wirless conn 256kb/s and if u need a prog 2 increase ur speed go www.download.com and type DAP or chek kingroudys galery best of the best
